After serving in the US army for 7 years, Antony Kim learned flooring skills including ceramic titles, vinyl and hardwood. After he established 8 years of professional experience with other craftsman, he opened his own flooring business, Top Flooring and Construction, Inc. in 1994.

Kim's detailed attention to top quality in both his products and services combined with his business acumen are the keys to the success of his company.  Top Flooring and Construction became a full servicing construction company and also received Maryland MBE certification in 2009.
